The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is 100% focused on creating new business opportunities and generating interest. We want to speak with as many Finance teams as possible and need your help! We are looking for someone with a strong willingness and desire to be part of the foundation of a growing company. We have a strong demand gen engine that is ready to scale and hope you’ll help to refine, improve and add your personality to. Are you an accountable, creative problem solver?
Core Responsibilities
- Work closely with team to achieve sales and growth targets
- Source contact information from companies’ websites and sales enablement tools
- Prospecting to qualify potential clients
- Manage cold email campaigns and draft personalized emails to target accounts

Requirements
- 1+ years B2B SaaS AE or SDR related work experience

- Dynamic and personable phone demeanor with excellent listening skills who is comfortable cold-calling at scale, and spending a significant chunk of your day on the phone
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, and tie customer needs to the value proposition of our offering
- Self-motivated, driven and results oriented

You will possess a strong sales background with experience in mid-market enterprise software sales.We are looking for someone with a strong willingness and desire to be part of the foundation of a growing company. Senior Backend Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build functional and efficient server-side applications. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
- Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
- Build efficient back-end features in Python
- Support test and deployment of new products and features
- Participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code

Requirements
- Solid experience as Python Developer
